Platform

Everything a facilitator needs.
Nothing they do not.

The builder, the live board, and the AI co-facilitator are one tight product. No switching tools mid-session.

Step 1

Build a great agenda in minutes, not an hour

Tell the platform what kind of workshop you need and a sentence about your team. The AI reads that context, picks an intent from the method library, and drafts a full stage-by-stage agenda. It explains its reasoning so you can push back or adjust freely.

  • AI Smart Setup recommends intent, method, and time allocation
  • Method library organised by ceremony type: retrospective, sprint planning, daily, review, refinement
  • Each stage has an energiser, a main format, and micro-pattern options
  • Edit any stage, swap any method, then share with one click
  • Saved builds persist for up to 30 days so you can reuse a successful format
Step 2

A single shared board, no accounts for participants

Share the board link. Participants open it in a browser, type a name, and they are in. No download, no plugin, no account. Their contributions appear on your screen in real time.

  • Firestore-powered real-time sync, no polling, no page refresh
  • You advance the stage; participants write into the current stage
  • Contributions are persistent: still there when the close summary runs
  • Facilitator control state (timer, stage, captures) updates live for participants
  • Works for co-located and remote teams equally
Throughout

The AI co-facilitator that actually helps mid-session

Most AI tools hand you a plan and disappear. This one stays in the room. Four modes cover the full arc of a session.

Smart Setup

Before the session. Reads your context, recommends intent and method, drafts the agenda with reasoning.

Summarise

Mid-session. Distils what the room has said into a tight summary with key decisions, so you can move forward without losing the thread.

Adapt Next

Mid-session. Reads the current contributions and adjusts the facilitation suggestion for the next stage if the room has shifted.

Close Summary

At the end. Full summary with decisions, action items (owner + due date), open items, and a markdown export ready to paste into your team channel.

Workshop types

Starts with agile. Built to expand.

The first release ships with the five core agile ceremonies, each with a full method library. The platform architecture is designed to add new workshop families over time without changing the core.

  • Retrospective: full method library, the reference ceremony, fully wired
  • Sprint planning: method library and AI prompts in progress
  • Daily stand-up: quick format, keeps teams focused
  • Sprint review: structured demo and feedback flow
  • Refinement: backlog grooming with facilitation support
  • More workshop types on the roadmap: design sprints, strategy sessions, kickoffs

One codebase. Two deployment models.

The platform is tenant-portable by design. The same artefact runs as our hosted service or inside your own GCP project, with no code changes.

Model A

Hosted SaaS

We run the infrastructure. You sign up and start building. Zero setup. Works for Free and Pro plans.

  • No GCP account needed
  • EU region by default
  • DPA available on request
  • Data retained per published policy

Model B

Self-host

You deploy into your GCP project. Your data never leaves your boundary. For enterprises that cannot accept a data-processing dependency.

  • Your IAM, your logs, your Vertex AI
  • SSO federation with your provider
  • Security team can audit the source
  • Licensed or supported distribution
